Site Assessment
Soil resistivity survey using Wenner 4-pin method and geological analysis to determine optimal electrode configuration.
Design & Engineering
Custom earthing grid design with step-and-touch potential analysis, electrode spacing, and BFC quantity calculations.
Material Supply
CPRI-tested electrodes, BFC compound, copper strips, and accessories dispatched within 48 hours from our 3 manufacturing units.
Installation
On-site excavation, electrode driving, BFC backfilling, copper strip routing, and exothermic welding by certified technicians.
Testing & Certification
Digital earth resistance measurement using calibrated 4-point Wenner method testers. CPRI-format compliance reports issued.
Maintenance Support
Annual or semi-annual inspections — resistance re-testing, electrode condition checks, and BFC top-up to maintain <1Ω.
